Description

A small boat tied to a stone bollard at the edge of a very quiet bay, the water barely moving, the opposite shore sitting low and hazy in the distance, a pale sky above it all that can't quite be called any one color. The watercolor palette is deliberately restrained, soft blues and warm creams and the muted stone tones of the quay, the whole scene painted with a flat, almost graphic simplicity that gives it a calm, printlike quality.
